Shipping policy

United States shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all products for orders delivered to the United States, with no minimum order value. We do not currently offer expedited shipping to the United States.

Orders are processed within 2 business days before dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 7–12 business days. Including processing, estimated total delivery time is 9–14 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; carrier disruptions and public holidays may cause delays.

Dispatch location

Orders delivered to the United States are dispatched from our warehouse in the United States. Our United States fulfillment location is separate from our registered business address in Singapore.

For shipping updates, delayed or missing parcels, or an address correction, contact customerservice@loveyourbdy.com and include your order number. Please contact us promptly if your delivery details are incorrect.

For return eligibility and refund procedures, see our Refund Policy. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return destination. Free outbound shipping does not mean free return shipping.
