This website is operated by GAINWAY INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD under the Love Your Body brand ("Love Your Body," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, store, content, features, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Our store is hosted by Shopify.

By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Return Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be the age of majority where you live, or use the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate information, safeguarding account credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

2. Online Store

You may use the Services only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not use our products or Services for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose, violate applicable law, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

3. Products and Display

We try to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, device settings, lighting, production batch, and natural material variation. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change without notice.

We may limit sales or quantities by person, household, region, or jurisdiction; discontinue products; or refuse an order where permitted by law. Returns are governed by our Return Policy.

4. Orders, Billing, and Payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unauthorized resale, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, account, and payment information and to update it as needed. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amounts shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

5. Prices, Taxes, Duties, and Shipping

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Unless checkout states otherwise, customers are responsible for applicable taxes, import duties, customs charges, and brokerage fees. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the shipping terms shown at checkout.

6. Promotions

Discount codes, gifts, loyalty benefits, and promotions may have additional terms, eligibility rules, dates, exclusions, and quantity limits. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. We may modify or end a promotion where permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and their text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, product names, designs, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Love Your Body and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, sell, exploit, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

8. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, ideas, or other content, you confirm that you own or control the necessary rights and that the content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content in connection with the Services and our business, subject to applicable law.

We may moderate or remove user content that violates these Terms, but are not obligated to monitor all content. Do not submit confidential information in feedback.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, or misleading purposes;
infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
interfere with security features, networks, or normal operation;

spam, phish, scrape, crawl, or use automated systems in a manner that burdens or exploits the Services;
impersonate another person or submit false information;
use the Services for unauthorized resale or commercial exploitation.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links, integrations, payment methods, or tools provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, availability, or transactions. Review their terms before using them.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update or cancel affected orders where permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services without notice, subject to applicable legal obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free. Any statutory warranties or consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Your Body and its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs, arising from the Services or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love Your Body and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful misuse of the Services, or violation of another person's rights.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain effective.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreement for the Services are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected where applicable.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms and incorporated policies form the entire agreement concerning the Services and supersede prior communications on the same subject.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the date above. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
